Weekly Promo Sprints

Starting March 2025, Elizabeth was assigned to a 90 day sprint with the promo marketing team. Each week, the creative team would create updated landing pages, interstitials, push notifications, emails, and influencer assets.

After 3 months, this project generated 3x the monthly promo clicks, +5% conversion rates, and +21% increase in revenue. Due to these results, the team decided to continue the weekly sprint format, updating the assets, and continue weekly testing.
